- request that we correct any of it that is inaccurate.

We will respond within 40 days, as the PDPO requires. We may charge a reasonable fee for complying with a data access request, as the Ordinance permits.
If you are located outside Hong Kong, you may have further rights under your local law — including, where the GDPR applies to you, rights to erasure, restriction, and portability. Contact us and we will deal with your request on that basis.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
